Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. This applies to art prints, notepads, clay items, and all other products listed in our store.

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [tmgallery713@gmail.com]. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

The item arrives damaged or defective and cannot be replaced.

An error was made on our part (such as sending the wrong item).

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
