All Gallery 713 orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Free Standard Shipping on all orders $35 and over

At this time Gallery 713 ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Please note that once your order has been handed off to USPS we are unable to be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed please reach out to us at tmgallery713@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

Return Policy

Every Gallery 713 piece is handmade with care and made to order in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

However your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, cracked, or broken please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tmgallery713@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will do our best to make it right.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our pieces slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and expected. These imperfections are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
